My Coaching Journey

As a child, I loved experimenting and constantly improving myself. Thanks to my work ethic and strong orientation to results, in 2008 I became one of the youngest directors in the biggest retail bank in Spain, championing a profound transformation in the distribution model and the company's performance management system.

In 2015, my daughter Valentina's arrival shifted my priorities, and in 2018, my son Luca's birth brought more self-discovery.

After over 15 years in banking transformation, I have realized the importance of relationships and people development for the success of any project, professional and personal.

In my professional life, I participated a few times in coaching processes as a coachee, and every time I discovered something new.

I have always been and still am a very action and goal-oriented person, always in motion, always trying to improve everything.

My “Aha” Moment

In 2021, during a leadership training, my coach asked how I was feeling. I initially brushed it off, eager to take action. But she insisted I slow down and share my feelings, introducing me to co-active coaching. This experience transformed me, helping me embrace my emotions and set new goals.

Since then, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, I prioritized strengthening relationships with loved ones.

Two years later, I became a co-active coach after completing my core curriculum.

What is coaching?

First of all, I will tell you what coaching is not. Coaching is not consulting; is not mentoring; coaching is not giving answers; as a coach, I will not give you advice, especially I will not give you solutions. As a coach, I'm going to work with you; I'm going to help you dig deep into your values, into your purpose and to see what you really value and what you want to do.

Co-active coaching is a model very oriented to action and transformation; as a coach, what gives me the most joy is seeing that people, after a few sessions, can do amazing transformations and changes.

What can you expect?

I do coaching in English, Spanish and Italian.

While I usually do all my coaching sessions online, I am based in Barcelona and can occasionally do in-person sessions too.

A coaching process usually comprises six to ten sessions, with three to four weeks in between. At the same time, each person is different, and while I recommend committing to at least six sessions, there's no one-size-fits-all, and we will see and adjust during the process. This is why I don’t do “session packs”.

I facilitate a deeper understanding of one's life journey and support individuals in designing their life path according to their unique values, goals, and aspirations.
